A special treat was meeting up with her girlfriends for lunch. Oh, and did we mention that she loved to sing? Betty was a member of the Madonna del Rosaria Society. Betty lived her life to the fullest, and she loved to quote Dr. Seuss, “Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because it happened”. She is survived by her two sons, Joe Favazza and his wife, Christine and their two children, Benjamin and Jared Favazza of Gloucester, her son Mark Favazza and his wife, Carolyn and their children, Matthew and Daniel Favazza of Georgetown; brothers-in-law, Jackie and Sammy Favazza of Salem and Peabody; sister-in-law, Mary Carl; sister-in-law Gaye and her husband Leeland Lane; a special niece, Renee Kain and a special friend Jean at Seacoast, all of Gloucester and numerous nieces and nephews.
