Beverly F.'s Story
Beverly F. Burbridge, 84, of Casa Grande, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2016 with her loving family by her side. She was born on January 1, 1932 in Los Angeles, Calif. to Warren and Estelle Pinell and was a longtime resident of Gloucester.
Mrs. Burbridge was an artistic and a crafty person. Some of her favorite hobbies included sewing, knitting, and crocheting. Later in life, she enjoyed RVing and traveling the country with her husband. She worked as a registered nurse in the labor and delivery unit, and often she would knit baby blankets for newborns. She was known as the “Hat Lady” at St. Vincent de Paul because of all her countless donations.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and two sons, Walter and Wayne.
Beverly is survived by her husband of 66 years, Walter; son William, grandchildren, Staci, Stephanie, Walter IV, Molli, Hannah; and “daughter”-in- law, Dale.
No formal services were held at Beverly’s request. In lieu of flowers the family asks to make a donation to Harmony Hospice, 201 E. Cottonwood Lane Suite 3, Casa Grande, AZ.
Heritage Casa Grande Funeral Home entrusted with the arrangements.
