GLOUCESTER, MA - Daniel S. David, 24, of Gloucester, passed away on February 7, 2018.
Daniel was born August 21, 1993, in Gloucester. He is the son of Lena M. (Giovine) David and Ronald E. David. He graduated from Gloucester High School, class of 2012, where he studied automotive for four years.
Daniel previously worked at Shaw's for five years, and later became an assistant manager at Family Dollar.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He especially enjoyed doing outdoor activities; he loved skateboarding. He also enjoyed fishing with his father and sister, and gaming (in "Fall Out Four" he and his brother enjoyed rebuilding the city).
Danny impacted many souls on this earth, and he will be dearly missed by his endless amount of friends and loved ones, who will cherish his memory.
In addition to his loving mother Lena, and father Ronald, Danny is survived by his companion Joanne Raz, his sister Kirsten David; his brother Michael David; his grandfather Paul Giovine; his grandmothers Anne Giovine and Grace Beauparlant; his aunts Anne Testa, Serina Giovine, Ally Giovine, Rhonda David, Danika David, Sara Beauparlant, and Serina Beauparlant; his uncles Tom Testa, Paul Giovine, Robert Giovine, Donny David, Glenn David, and Ted Beauparlant. He is also survived by his many beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He was predeceased by his grandfathers Donald David, and Wilfred "Buster" Beauparlant; his uncles Wilfred "Buster" Beauparlant Jr., and Charlie Beauparlant.
Daniel's visiting hours will be in the Pike-Newhall Funeral Home, 61 Middle St., Gloucester, on Saturday, February 24, 2018 from 1 to 5 p.m. There will be a prayer service at 2 p.m. A Celebration of Daniel's Life will be on Sunday, February 25, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Elks at Bass Rocks, 101 Atlantic Road, Gloucester.
