GLOUCESTER - Frances R. (Palazola) Kreseskie, 85, wife of her late, loving husband Frank E. Kreseskie, who passed away this past February, 2017, left us on Tuesday evening, December 26, 2017 at the Addison Gilbert Hospital.
Frances was born in Gloucester, MA on January 5, 1932, the daughter of the late Gaspar and Antoinette (Laicano) Palazola. Frances was a lifelong resident of Gloucester. She absolutely loved her family and immensely enjoyed spending time and cooking dinners for them. She was a big fan of Bingo at St. Ann's and in younger years she loved playing cards with her girlfriends, but her most precious moments were spent with her grandchildren. She will be missed. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Kreseskie and her significant other, Steve Mario, a son, Anthony Marino; five grandchildren, whom she loved more than anything, Amanda and Kayla Kreseskie, Lindsay Wood and her husband, Gavin, Bethany Bell and her husband Brandon, Alissa Marino; a great-granddaughter, Lily Wood; a very special niece Christine Welch and her husband, Rob and son Cody; two brothers, Tony Palazola and his wife Maryanne and Jerome Palazola and his wife, Josie; a sister, Madeline Campbell and her husband Douglas, all of Gloucester, as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was predeceased by her sister, Mary Brooks and her first husband, Kelly Marino and their son, Michael Marino. She leaves her cat "Cocoa" who is lost without her. There are no visiting hours. Her graveside service will be held on Friday, December 29, 2017 at 10 a.m. in Calvary Cemetery, 161 Eastern Ave. Gloucester. Family and friends are cordially invited.
