Jeffrey Anthony, 60, passed away July 6, 2017. Jeff was born on April 27, 1957, in Alexandria, Va., to Harold and Gladys Anthony. He grew up in Manchester and resided in Rowley, Mass., with the love of his life, his wife Susan Anthony.
He is survived by his wife and parents; stepmother, Nancy Anthony; sons, Daniel and Christopher Lucas; his daughter-in-law, Amanda Lucas; two beautiful grandchildren, Annabell Rose and Dominic Lucas; his sister, Melissa Anthony; brother, Christopher Anthony and his wife, Kathy; nephews, Justin and Patrick Anthony; two brothers-in-law, David and William Paige; in-laws, Jean and Tim Sawyer and Peter and Susie Paige; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Jeff will be remembered as a loving husband who called his wife “Pettutie,” a father who took the time to show his boys the way, the best “Grampy” ever to Dominic and the apple of his eye, Annabell Rose. Jeff was a true family man and great friend. He was an avid outdoorsman and spent many years working locally as a commercial fisherman.
Family and friends are invited to a life celebration in his memory on Sunday, September 3, 2017, at Tuck’s Point Chowder house at noon. To honor Jeff's wishes there will not be a wake or funeral. Contributions can be made to the Anthony Family Fund at the Cape Ann Savings Bank, 17 Beach Street, Manchester, MA 01944.
