Medeiros-Catulo, survivors include his fiancé, Angela Costa, with their two children, Sofia and David; his eldest son, Patrick; aunts, Linda Avylla and godmother, Elizabeth Aiello; uncles, godfather, Joseph and Paul Catulo, Scott Avylla and Keith Costa; many cousins, several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Michael Allen, step-son of the late Jeffrey Medeiros, and grandson of the late Joseph and Carol Catulo.
