Judy-Kaye (Hill) Chandler of Gloucester, died at home after a long illness on August 16, 2017.
She was born in Burlington, Vt. to Marjorie Orvis Hill and Charles Newell Hill in 1945. The youngest of 6 children, she grew up in Bristol, Vermont. She was a graduate of the class of 1963 of Bristol High School. She excelled as a student and was named Valedictorian of her class. She later attended Jackson College in Medford.
She was preceded in death by her parents and four of her siblings. She is survived by her brother, William Hill of Slidell, La. and several nieces and nephews, including Ellen (O'Neill) Nilsen and Wendy Cramer of Dover, N.H. and Yolanda Hill of St. Albans, Vt., as well as many devoted friends in Gloucester.
In keeping with her wishes, there will be no funeral services.
