Mildred R. Gentile
She was born in Gloucester, MA on August 28, 1928, the daughter of the late Salvatore and Rosalie (Cianciolo) Piscitello. Millie was the tenth of their eleven children. She attended Gloucester schools and met and fell in love with Rosario “Rosie” Gentile. They were married and raised five children. Millie was a great cook, baker, loved to knit and crochet and was quite fond of Bingo. She had worked for Cyrk as well as in the Gloucester High School cafeteria. Millie also volunteered at Port O’ Call. The Mother of Grace and the Madonna Del Rosario Society were clubs she attended for many years. Homemaking was her specialty, but her greatest love was her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be missed by her large family and friends. While she was staying at Seacoast you could find Millie entertaining the other residents and workers with a song or two, because she loved to sing.
