Shelly L. Chaisson Gloucester - Shelly L. (Santos) Chaisson, 61, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, February 4, 2019.

Born in Gloucester, Mass., on July 10, 1957, she was the daughter of Lois (Goodhue) Santos of Gloucester, and the late Gabriel J. Santos. She had resided in Gloucester most of her life but also resided in Port Charlotte, Fla., for several years.

She is survived by her son Chris Spanks; her son Guy Frost and his significant other Grace Lafond; two grandchildren Andrew and Alivia Spanks; three sisters, Sandra Beaulieu, Gina and her husband Joseph Brancaleone, and Johnna Santos; and several nieces and nephews.

Shelly was also predeceased by her husband Ronald Chaisson; sister Kelly A. (Santos) Thompson; and her brother Ronnie Santos.

Shelly’s memorial Mass will be celebrated in Our Lady of Good Voyage Church, 142 Prospect St., Gloucester, on Friday, February 8, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. In honoring with Shelly’s requests there will be no visiting hours and burial will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to her Go Fund Me “Funeral Arrangements for Shelly Chaisson” managed by her niece Brittany Danikas on the behalf of her sons Chris Spanks and Guy Frost. I had 2 come to this page 2 c if the rumors were true. Sadly, they are. Oh Shelly my heart aches. Last we spoke you were doing so well. I don't know why you're gone or what happened. Don't know that it matters...... RIP Shelly. You were often tortured here on earth,hopefully wherever you are you are finally at peace! With love......
