Terri's Story

On August 24, 2016, Terri B. (Tolman) Hubbard passed away at home in New Portland after a short illness.
Terri was born on August 10, 1964, to William R. and Harriett (Enslow) Tolman in Gloucester Mass.
Terri loved life and all of God's creatures. She enjoyed spending time with her family, she enjoyed gardening, and fishing, no matter what the time of the year. She especially loved spending time with her husband and children, what she always referred to as making memories. Terri was a graduate of Carrabec High School, Class of 1983. She attended University of Maine at Machias for a short period.
Terri is survived by her husband of 15 years, Kirby Hubbard and their son, Ethan Hubbard, both of New Portland, Maine; stepdaughter, Hannah Hubbard of Skowhegan, Maine; a brother, William R Tolman, Jr. of Gloucester, Mass.; sisters, Kathy Pusateri and husband, Sam of Essex, Mass., Suzanne Genovese and husband, Frank of Gloucester, Mass., Lisa Laurie and husband, Bruce of Dover, N.H., Heidi Tolman and her partner, Lorie Agren of New Portland, Maine, and Nikita Tolman of New Portland, Maine; mother-in-law, Jane Hubbard of Unity, Maine; brother-in-law, Adam Hubbard of New Gloucester, Maine; many nieces and nephews and great- nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles and cousins; and two other siblings.
Terri was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Clayton (Big Jim) and Elizabeth Enslow, and Nana Mildred Enslow; paternal grandparents, William and Elizabeth Tolman; her brother, Scott Tolman; sister-in-law, Angela Hubbard; and most recently, her father-in-law, Bruce Hubbard; and her special boy, Cody Ann Tolman.
A memorial service will be held at the New Portland Presbyterian Church in West New Portland on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2016, at 11 a.m., followed by a reception at the New Portland Community Room at the New Portland Fire Station.
