Andrea Lisa's Story
Andrea Lisa (Hildonen) Blaker passed peacefully in her sleep on August 9 at the age of 59.
Born August 6, 1958 in Gloucester, Mass., she married David Blaker October 2, 1987. She died after a brief illness.
Andrea graduated the class of 1976 from Gloucester High School. She went on to work at various jobs such as IGA and Gorton's of Gloucester.
In 1988, Andrea moved to Gorham and was a stay at home mother until November 1999 when she started a position at Hannaford and would eventually become an assistant deli manager at the Buxton location. Some of her favorite hobbies were quilting and hiking the 4000 footers in New Hampshire.
She was predeceased by her parents, Raymond and Rena (Doucette) Hildonen of Gloucester; a sister, Linda (Hildonen) Murray of Gloucester, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Andrea is survived by her husband, David Blaker; a son, Jonathan Souza and his wife, Jennifer of Fort Bliss, Texas; a daughter, Jennifer Souza of Gorham; a daughter, Amy Haynes and her husband, Brett of Gorham, and a son Daniel Blaker of Gorham. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, two sisters, two brothers, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services will be held at Hobbs Funeral Home, 671 U.S. Route 1, Scarborough, Maine, on Saturday, August 12, 2017. A public viewing will be held at 10 a.m., and services begin at 12 noon.
