Manchester - Barry M. Ramos died peacefully surrounded by his children on May 29, 2026.

Barry was born on September 10, 1951, son of Thomas J. Ramos Jr. and Mona (Slade) Ramos.

Barry attended Manchester Schools, graduating in 1970. He then worked for many years at Industrial Cab in Essex, Mass. before becoming a self-employed carpenter. He worked many years in that field, developing numerous professional relationships and friendships along the way. Barry retired in 2024 after many successful years as a talented carpenter.

Barry loved music. He shared his love of music with his daughter, taking her to her first concert as a teenager, and building upon that love throughout the years.

Barry's favorite hobbies were hunting and fishing. He shared his love of the outdoors with his sons, Peter and Ron. Together they built many great memories.

Barry is survived by his daughter, Tania Ramos Dokken and her husband, Eric Dokken of Manchester, Mass, his son Peter Ramos and his wife, Jenna Ramos of Newton, NH and his son, Ronald C. Ramos and his wife, Samantha Ramos of Manchester, Mass. He is also survived by his brother, Ronald W. Ramos and his wife E. Gail Ramos of Manchester, Mass. He will be lovingly remembered by his six grandchildren, Joshua Dokken, Helena Dokken, Weston Ramos, Travis Ramos, Rosemary Ramos and Emily Ramos. He was predeceased by his parents, his oldest brother Norman P. and his youngest brother Thomas C.

Barry will also be missed by the mothers of his children, Andrea Ramos and Karin Aucone, who he remained friends with throughout his life.

The family would like to say a special thank you to his loving companion, Linda Nieberle for the years of happiness that she brought to Barry.

His visiting hours will be at the Campbell Funeral Home, 525 Cabot Street, Beverly, on Monday June 8th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Graveside services will be private.
