David Francis Ross Obituary

Andover - Andover - Mr. David Francis Ross, 65 of Andover, formerly of Beverly and Gloucester, died January 25, 2023, at Lawrence General Hospital.

Born in Boston, he was the son of the late David F. and Mildred Ann (Walkama) Ross. He was also the step son of the late James Hixon. He was raised and educated in Gloucester and attended Gloucester High School.

An honorably discharged disabled veteran, he served his country as a member of the United States Navy.

Mr. Ross had been employed at Varian Semi-Conductor in Gloucester. He had a love of computers and computer games throughout his life. His faith was important to him and he enjoyed studying the bible.

David is survived by his brothers, Steven Ross of Washington and Wayne Ross of Hawthorne, MA, two nephews, one niece and additional family members. He was the brother of the late James Ross.



His Funeral Service will be held at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Ave., Bourne, Friday, Feb. 3rd at 1:30 P.M.
