I managed an ice cream shop in Rockport for many years . I would answer the phone hello Beautiful when I would see her name come up and she would laugh ❣️Dorothy was one of my favorite customs . We had become friends over the years, sharing children and grandchildren story’s . I was lucky to get invited into her home and discover what an amazing talent she had for just about anything. Drawing ,Carving ,sewing . I was simply overwhelmed as she showed me around her home and all her amazing art work .I feel so lucky to have known her !!! So sorry to hear of her passing !!!
Rest in peace Beautiful!!! ❤️

The Christmas card I most look forward to every year is from Dotsie. She was an artist extraordinaire. I cherish the many cards, both xmas and others she sent me over the years. She was my favorite pen pal. I will always remember the BEST homemade frozen chocolate chip cookies Dotsie used to treat me to when I was over playing with Amy 40+ years ago. We miss you Dotsie! Love, Laura Jane
