"Sissy Loves You Jimmy".
She wanted me to tell you that, and that she feels she is the oldest and should have gone before you. I can tell by talking with her about you ,how much it hurts her to know now you are gone. She told me about when you all were younger..her memories of you and Jackie and her (before Patti and Stevie were born). She always told me, visiting each other was something you two never needed to do because you both already knew you loved each other, you didn't need to see each other to KNOW that. I also know she has a hard time facing the loss of you now because she keeps asking me "who died?" over and over after repeatedly telling her. When she said to tell you ,"Sissy lov
...es you". ..she knew you already knew, but wanted to say it to you one last time anyway. Read more

Another leaf has fallen from our family tree Uncle Jimmy, picked up by a beautiful breeze ,and has landed softly and peacefully in heaven. I will miss seeing that sly smile on your face as you teased me.I will miss shared moments and the "love you's" whenever we parted.I will forever cherish the time I gave you the portrait of the family members and the smile you had as you joked about the ones you didn't even know and saying as you pointed to them, " Who's that one? Who's kid is that? You sure they're related to us?! (said with a bit of a giggle)". You kept to yourself a lot when it came to family, like many do. But, I will especially cherish the memory when I was able to finally get you to...gether with all your siblings ! What a wonderful day it was , to see the enormous love you all shared though all of you were not very comfortable showing your feelings ..that day you did,and it brought my heart a huge smile ! Thankyou for being my Uncle Jimmy, for the smiles we shared, such a sly one..kept so much hidden to yourself..but you never fooled ME..no way, and you knew it and I could tell it always gave you a chuckle inside to know that, hahaha, admit it !There are only two reasons I am able to let you go (and so many reasons I don't want to) ! The two reasons are, because as we held hands the last time I would see you ,I knew you were suffering and I could tell it was time, and I didn't want you to have to endure that any longer than you had, it wasn't fair, no more I thought to myself, I loved you just too much to have you go through more. And I looked over at your sister Patti (Barbara) and I could see her heart breaking right in front of my eyes to see your suffering too. We both loved you too much to know what we knew. Now though, there is no more suffering, no more pain. The other reason is because now you are reunited with Grammy, Grampy- your Mom and Dad, Laura- your baby girl you so loved and missed terribly,Jackie- your sister you have missed for way too many years, and of course the most recent leaf to fall from the family tree prior to you dear Uncle Jimmy, your little brother Stevie- You tried your best to look after him even when you yourself did not feel well. These relatives took a piece of your heart with them when they passed on . Now you are together again, and your heart is whole once more. God bless you and goodbye for now ,meet me at the gates of heaven with them all, will you Uncle Jimmy, when my time comes and my leaf too must fall? I love you Read more
