Patricia Barry Obituary

Gloucester - Gloucester - It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia "Pattie" Barry, who left us on September 18, 2025, at the age of 73. She was the daughter of the late Walter and Helen (Butters) Johnson and the beloved wife of the late David Barry.

Born on January 27, 1952, Pattie was a beacon of light to all who knew her. Her quick wit and ability to find humor in any situation made her a joy to be around. She had a heart of gold, always ready to lend a helping hand or a listening ear to anyone in need.

Above all, Pattie's greatest love was her family. She cherished every moment spent with her loved ones. She leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will be carried on by her family and all who were fortunate enough to be a part of her life.

Patricia is survived by her sons, John and his wife, Robyn, of Reading, and Avery of Gloucester, her grandchildren, Jack, Cooper, Brandon, Wyatt, Jade, Brittney, and Lisa; her great-grandchildren, Riley, Layla, Harper, Kai, and Kiara; and her siblings, Walter Johnson, Kathy Keefe, and William Johnson. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Michael Johnson.

A Celebration of Life service will be held privately. Arrangements by the Campbell Funeral Home, 61 Middle Street, Gloucester. Information, directions, condolences at www.campbellfuneral.com.
