Gloucester - Tracie J. Lee, 77 of Gloucester, died on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at Kaplan Hospice House after a long fought battle with a relapse of breast cancer in which she never gave up, always showed strength and optimism and was so encouraging to others also fighting the fight. Born in Gloucester, she was the daughter of the late Horace and Mary (Muniz) Gabry. Tracie was a lifelong resident of Gloucester and 1966 graduate of Gloucester High School.


She worked as a bookkeeper for many local businesses over the years and never truly retired working right up until this past summer. She was known by family and friends for her thoughtful and caring personality. Her proudest accomplishment in life was her daughter and grandchildren whom she adored.


Tracie is survived by her daughter, Cara (Lee) Bren and her husband Craig. Grandchildren Olivia Hobbs, William Bren, and Gavin Bren. Her nephew Eric Muniz. A cousin Julie Garcia and Julie's daughter Inez Gove. She was predeceased by her sister Carleen Muniz, her nephew/godson James Muniz, and nephew Mac Muniz.

Her funeral service will be at the Campbell Funeral Home, 61 Middle Street, Gloucester, on Tuesday, December 23rd, at 12pm. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours prior to the service from 11am to 12pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Tracie's memory to Dana Farber Cancer Institute a leader in groundbreaking cancer research so we can someday end this terrible disease, danafarber.jimmyfund.org.
